How it works

    Choose your setup

    Pick a console, a rental length, and a kit. Two controllers are standard; add two more if the whole room is playing.

    Enter your dates

    Pick a Friday start date and enter your ZIP code. We’ll confirm availability by email within one business day.

  3. 3

    Pick up and play

    Pick up your crate at the pickup location near you once it arrives. Bring matching government-issued photo ID. Connect the included cables and sign in with your own account.

  4. 4

    Pack and return

    Place everything back in the crate, attach the included prepaid return label, and drop it off at any nearby location by the return deadline.

Frequently asked questions

What does the weekend price include?

The listed rental price includes your selected console, two controllers, HDMI and power cables, delivery to a pickup location near you, and prepaid return. Games and subscriptions are not included.

When does the weekend start and end?

Weekend rentals run Friday through Monday. You pick your crate up on Friday at a pickup location near you and drop it off at any nearby drop-off point on Monday.

Can I keep it a little longer?

Yes. Extra days are $25/day on top of your rental. Let us know when you request availability and we’ll extend your return date.

Can I play my own games?

Yes. Sign in with your own Xbox, PlayStation, or Nintendo account and play the titles you already own or can access through your subscriptions. The console arrives ready to sign in.

How does pickup and return work?

We deliver the crate to a pickup location near your ZIP code and let you know when it arrives. Bring matching government-issued photo ID to pick it up. When you’re done, place everything back in the crate, attach the included prepaid return label, and drop it off at any nearby drop-off point.

What happens if something is damaged or missing?

A refundable equipment hold is authorized before the rental and released after the complete kit is returned in the same condition. If items are damaged or missing on return, we may apply fair-market replacement charges against the hold. Ordinary use is expected and does not count as damage.

What if I need to change my dates?

Email us as soon as your plans change and we’ll do our best to move your dates to matching availability.
